Reward Back offers discounted dental, vision and medical services for your entilre family. Our all inclusive membership is available for individuals and families for less than one dollar per day. Membership includes 24 HR access to medical doctors, discounted prescriptions and more.
Reward Back donates at an average of $50.00 per membership to your favorite charity or cause group. Your cause will receive a donation for the lifetime of your membership. This is an excellent
fundraiser for all types of non profits and groups.
THIS PLAN IS NOT INSURANCE. This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all healthcare services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization.
